What we teach
Inspired from the book Totto Chan: The little girl at the window by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi; our school has always thought and taught through the eyes of the Principal Kobayashi. He instils confidence, sense of responsibility, to love and be thoughtful of one other to the children of Tomoe School. He also formed various character of children and always introduced them to nature because according to him, nature is source of knowledge.
In a very similar way, keeping our Indian traditions at heart, we teach our children to be Independent and Responsible, along with their Syllabus.
Play School
We let them eat, play and drink at their own will. Drawing on the school walls being the most important way to establish their pencil grip. We allow them to glimpse the senior classes and form a bond with the whole school; because learning is fun, when you know what you are doing!
Nursery
For those who have completed the Play or have adequate pencil grip and an idea of learning, we introduce them to Nursery. It is here that they start falling in love with Education.
LKG
Lower Kindergarten is the stage where they are introduced to structured education and it is here that they learn about the World, the colours in it and the tools used for effective communication.
UKG
Upper Kindergarten and our future Torch Bearers are taught to read, write and even go on stage. Each kid is special in their own ways, this speciality is further developed and nurtured, so that they can be confident to face the 1st Standard.
Day Care
It’s a tough world out there and we perfectly understand the hard work put in to make the lives of our kids secure. You can work all you want and completely trust us with the children, they are only ‘Home away from Home’.
Online Classes
If you ever choose the study from home option for our kids and you have an able mentor at home, online classes would suit you and our Pre-recorded videos enable you to teach our child at the time of your choice. We would recommend consistency in the chosen time and its best if you completely involve in their learning process.
